Good Afternoon Families! 

Congrats to everyone at the meet today.  

Monday practice will be a little different because I'll be the only coach. 

8am-9am will remain the same 

9am-10am same age group + 7/8 year olds that swim on their own. 

10am-1030am.  For all swimmers normally with Alana + Peter.  I will be in the water.  We'll do a large group lesson.  Parent/Guardian MUST BE IN WATER with their swimmer.  As it's just me this is the safest option to be able to run practice.  I'll teach parents a few tips/tricks to help their child learn.
