Volunteers
Regular Season Volunteer Commitment
All families are required to fulfill volunteer shifts during the regular season (generally3/4 shifts).

Volunteer sign-up is completed on a first come, first served basis on the SignUp Calendar after registration. Volunteer shifts will close at the same time as the meet declaration deadline (Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.) for each individual meet. After that time, no changes can be made without contacting a parent rep. At that time, if shifts still need to be filled for that meet, anyone who has not already fulfilled their sign-up requirements will be contacted first. If there are emergencies, the Parent Rep must be contacted to explain the circumstances.
Our goal is to honor those who not only fulfill their requirements, but the many who go above and beyond. We cannot run meets without volunteers, it is a cricial part of swimming with a summer club!
As stated during registration, if you do not fulfill your required volunteer hours during the regular season, you credit card will be charged the $400 conditional fee.
Families who have swimmers swimming prelims, championships and Allstars must volunteer in each meet that they have a swimmer participating.
Prelims Volunteers
All children may choose to swim 3 individual events in prelims to attempt to qualify for championships.The top 12 kids in each event will proceed to championships. 2 additional swimmers will be considered alternates for championships.
If your child is participating in prelims, you will be required to volunteer. This is above and beyond your regular season volunteer commitment.
Championship Volunteers
You will swim only in individual events that you qualified for at prelims. Coaches will assign swimmers to beginning and end relays.
If you have a child swimming in championships you are expected to fulfill a volunteer slot. This is above and beyond the volunteer time required in the regular season.
All Star Volunteers
In order to qualify for this event you must meet set time standards or place 1st in championships. You may swim in any 3 individual events in which you have a qualifying time.
If you have a child swimming in this meet, you are expected to fulfill a volunteer shift. This is above and beyond the volunteer time required in the regular season.
