Regular Season Practices
Regular season practices are weekday mornings Monday through Friday.
These practices begin Tuesday after Memorial Day on May 26, 2026 and go through Friday, July 10, 2026.
Morning Practice Schedule:

| 9:45AM - 10:30AM | 8 & under | Swimmers who need assistance must swim during this practice time. |

July 3rd - No Practice
July 7th and 8th - Prelims - Practice schedule may adjust due to swimmers participating in Prelims those evenings.
Stroke & Turn Clinics
These clinics are a smaller session with a coach focusing on specific parts of strokes, turns, or starts.
Cost: $5 per swimmer per clinic payable directly to the coaches
Your swimmer(s) signs up (verbally) and pay daily.
Start Date Monday, June 1, 2026 and ends Thursday, July 2, 2026
