Team Role Incumbents are responsible for identifying and training their replacement. If this is not possible when a position becomes vacant, an announcement will go out to the team and interested candidates will be considered in a fair & orderly manner, as described in the vacancy announcement.

Awards & Ribbons	Manages swimmer recognition and awards Orders and inventories league ribbons at the start of the season Sorts, labels, and distributes ribbons and awards after each meet Purchases and distributes end-of-season awards (medals, trophies, and plaques)	Fulfilled
Clerk of Course	Manages the heating area and event flow at Home Meets Prepares and organizes event cards Manages deck adds and scratches Posts event cards on the heating board Oversees volunteers and swimmers in the heating area Requires additional training and meetings through MHSL. Ideally a Clerk-in-Training works alongside the Clerk.	Fulfilled
Concessions	Oversees all food and beverage operations at Home Meets Purchases food and coordinates deliveries Manages concessions setup and breakdown Supervises concessions volunteers during meets Ideally includes a Chair-in-Training.	Fulfilled
Team Gear	Coordinates team apparel and swimwear Selects team suit and spirit wear Coordinates with vendor Organizes Gear Day for fittings Manages ordering and distribution	Fulfilled
Grill Master	Manages grill operations at Home Meets Arrives early to prepare breakfast items Grills hamburgers and hot dogs during the meet (if needed) Cleans grill, utensils, and cooking area Works closely with the Concessions Chair	Fulfilled

Scoring	Manages meet setup and scoring operations Creates and seeds meet files using Meet Maestro Coordinates entries with opposing teams Sets up and manages the scoring area Enters last-minute changes, DQs and verifies results Publishes final results Reports scores and records to the League Manages Timing System ensures equipment functionality trains and supervises timers Oversees timing operations during meets Requires additional league training through MHSL	Fulfilled
