Ways to Get Involved and Fulfill Your Volunteer Commitment

All families are required to fulfill a volunteer committment during the swim team season.

As stated during registration, if you do not fulfill your required volunteer hours during the regular season, you credit card will be charged the $400 conditional fee.

Our goal is to honor those who not only fulfill their requirements, but the many who go above and beyond. We cannot run meets without volunteers, it is a crucial part of swimming with a summer club!

Families who have swimmers participating in any of the following meets; prelims, championships and All Stars are required to volunteer at these meets.  

Prelims Volunteers

All children may choose to swim 3 individual events in prelims to attempt to qualify for championships.The top 12 (or 16 depending on the # of lanes at the host pool) swimmers in each event will proceed to championships. 2 additional swimmers will be considered alternates for championships.

Families with swimmers participating in Prelims are required to volunteer at the meet. This commitment is in addition to the regular season volunteer requirement.

Championship Volunteers

Swimmers will swim only in individual events that they qualified for at prelims. Coaches will assign swimmers to relays.

Families with swimmers participating in Championships are required to volunteer at the meet. This commitment is in addition to the regular season volunteer requirement.

All Star Volunteers

In order to qualify for this event swimmers must meet set time standards or place 1st in championships. Swimmers may swim in any 3 individual events in which they have a qualifying time.

Families with swimmers participating in All Stars are required to volunteer at the meet. This commitment is in addition to the regular season volunteer requirement.
