There are also relays at championships and the coaches will set the relays. Crestline Place, Englewood, CO Welcome to Championships! The Hills West Waves are pleased to welcome you to our pool for the MHSL Division C Championships on Saturday, July 12, 2025. We are looking forward to a great event filled with lots of smiling swimmers and families, as well as a safe, fun, fast, and friendly competition! Below you will find information to share with your coaches and families regarding Saturday’s meet. The Hills West Pool is located at: 10458 E. Crestline Pl., Englewood, CO 80111 The pool is located just inside the Hills at Cherry Creek West neighborhood, off of Havana St. You may enter the neighborhood from Havana St or Belleview Ave. Warm Up Schedule: 7:45 - 7:55 am All teams one-way starts Meet Start: 8:00 am Timers and Officials Meetings will be held at approximately 7:30 am at the Starting Table on the Southeast Corner of the Pool (next to the green slide). Volunteers: Please have all volunteers check in for both shifts no later than 7:30 am. Volunteer tables will be set up outside of the front entry to the pool. There will be lanyards with volunteer shifts printed and bundled for a team representative to hand out. Each team will need to be responsible for ensuring their volunteers are accounted for. Awards Table: The awards table will be set up inside the front entrance to the pool. Each team will have a paper bag/bin that medals and ribbons will be placed throughout the meet. Please have awards volunteers report to this table for their shifts. Parking: There is very limited space available in our small parking lot - we will have one (1) reserved space for each team. Each team may decide who from their team parks in their reserved spot. There is no parking allowed on either side of the curved median directly in front of the pool entrance to Havana St. Cones will be placed in this area as a reminder for cars not to park there. You may park along the streets throughout the Hills West neighborhood. Please do not block driveways. Also, please pay close attention to the No Parking signs along Havana St, especially those directly adjacent and across the street from the pool (this is a new restriction from the county for those teams who have swam at Hills West in the past). Concessions: Breakfast burritos and other breakfast items, fruit, hot dogs and hamburgers will be available for purchase, as well as water, coffee, soda, assorted beverages, and a large variety of other meal items and snacks. We accept cash and Venmo. We will provide 4 coaches meal tickets for each team as well as a bucket of waters and snacks. Championship T-Shirt Sales: Out of Breath Sports will have a table located by the baby pool to sell Championship t-shirts: Cost $20. Set Up: ● There will not be assigned team seating areas - all swimmers and families can set up in the park right outside of the pool fence, to the South of the starting blocks. There is limited shade in the park so please remind families to bring a shade canopy or umbrellas if they would like. ● Each team will have an assigned coaches area set up along the side of the pool, we will have chairs set up for coaches, but ask that each team bring their own shade canopy. ● We ask there be no deck seating and to keep the pool deck for standing spectators only. ● We are using the Dolphin Timing System and will have 3 Dolphin timers and one stopwatch for each lane. Meet programs will not be for sale, but will be posted at the pool. Families should print out the meet program if they would like a hard copy. We will provide meet programs to: Coaches (5 per team); Stroke & Turn Judges, Heating, Clerk of Course, Each Lane, Order of Finish, DQ Scribes, Meet Ref, Starter, and Announcer. |

DEADLINE: Prelim sign-up is due by 5pm on Sunday, June 29. PLEASE TYPE IN NOTE your availability for championship relays (7/12 at Hills West) in notes for your Prelim sign up.
Sign up for up to 3 individual events. There are no relays at Prelims. The top 16 swimmers + 2 alternates will automatically move on to championships (July 12th at Hills West). Please remember that if you have a child swimming in Prelims you must volunteer for a shift at Prelims. ****If you qualify for Championships in Prelims and are unable to swim in Championships, you need to let a coach and scoring committee know immediately. ****** LOCATION: ᐧLittleton HS, 199 E Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80121 PARKING:ᐧPlease park in the Stadium Lot, located directly east of the main building off of Littleton Blvd.

MEET OPS:ᐧSwimmers will exit South Gym at the north doors and enter the pool by the diving boards.
All teams, swimmers, family members, volunteers and anyone else in attendance MUST follow all rules & regulations during the meet. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the facility and the meet. There will be no exceptions to this rule. MHSL and its agents are guests of Littleton Public Schools and it is expected that everyone in attendance will treat the facility with care and respect. |

Team & Individual Photos Stef Fox (Swim Parent) is taking the Team & Individual Pictures. https://www.signupgenius.com/ More Information From Stef Fox: Due to limited response for specialized photographer for underwater sessions, I have decided to do our individual swimmer and team photography. I am trained in both indoor portrait and natural light photography and am excited to capture our swimmers so the 2025 season will be a treasured memory. For individual photos, please sign up each swimmer in one slot, please put a sibling(s) in following slots. I will do one image with all sibs too. Gallery of images and options to purchase will be available after the session. Options will start at $30+, digital and prints available. ****Please put swimmer's name in comments***** July 8th is added as an alternate date if you can not make July 7th. A gallery will be sent out after all pictures are done. At that point you can select the ones you like and order. Orders will be complete and delivered around July 19th. Prints will take an additional week and can be delivered in person or mailed. If swimmers are interested in getting images with their swim besties, I can do that too. I want to get all individuals signed up that want photos and then I can do duos/trios. I will add more slots as needed.
