Sat May 30	2026 CPV Stingrays at Foxridge Foxes Foxridge Foxes Start: 8:00 AM Welcome to our 1st Home Meet of the 2026 Season Times Gates will open at 6:30am Warm-ups Foxridge warm-ups are from 6:50am - 7:20am Visitor warm ups 7:20am - 7:50am Volunteers for all shifts check-in by 7:30am Timers Meeting @ 7:40pm (volunteers for all shifts attend) - over in the far corner by the deep end Officials Meeting @ 7:40pm near the Timers Meeting Meet Start Time: 8:00am Parking/Driving Please observe the no parking signs in the neighborhood. Please follow all neighborhood speed limits. There are 4 Reserved Parking Spots 2 Parent Reps - 1 for Foxridge & 1 for Visiting Team 2 Coaches - 1 for Foxridge & 1 for Visiting Team Where to set up your stuff? Foxridge sets up around the pool towards the left side of the pool area (shallow end side). Visiting Section is the grass area down by the play area. Please note if the grass is wet we will make room for the other team around us and block off the parking lot for families to set up there as well. Coaches Tents There will be 2 Tents set up for each Team's Coaches by the diving board side of the pool. Foxridge concessions Cash or Credit card Pancakes, sausage, and burritos for breakfast Lots of treats, too! Timing System Dolphin Timing System Stroke & Turn Judges We use the “Zello” app for Stroke and Turn. Please send us the names of your Stroke and Turn judges. Stroke and Turn judges need to bring a charged phone and wired headphones. Meet Programs We will send out the Meet Program in later part of Friday. If you want a hard copy - please print one for yourself. There will be a meet program posted on a sandwich board near the Heating area. You can also use the SwimTopia App for your swimmers event/heat/lane information as well. Mark your swimmer with their event #, heat # and lane # for them to know. Fri May 29	Friday Night Pep Rally "PJ PARTY" The Club at Foxridge Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:00 PM Come early and join us for the Pancake "Breakfast for Dinner" Fundraiser! Be sure to join us for the Pep Rally Friday evening in the grassy area. Theme is PJ Party!! Have fun with it!!

Purchase your dinner ahead of time via Vagaro or in person. Theme for the Pep Rally is "PJ Party" - so come in your PJs, eat pancakes and then have fun at the Pep Rally starting at 6pm!

Sat Jul 19 2025	2025 All Stars @ LifeTime Centennial 5000 E Dry Creek Rd, Centennial, CO 80122 Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 7:30 AM End: 2:30 PM (estimated) All Star Meet 2025 Date: July 19th Cost: $10 for entry & T-shirt. If you are not swimming and want the T-shirt it is still $10. Collected by Parent Rep. Location: LifeTime Centennial (5000 E. Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO 80122) Meet Start Time: 8:00am Warm Ups: start at 6:45am. Schedule HERE. Foxridge 7:30 AM - 7:45 AM One way starts 7:45am-7:55am with lane assignments. Clear the pool at 7:55am. Meeting Schedule: Timer and Officials Meetings will take place near the Heating Area at 7:30am. Volunteer Information: Volunteers will be provided by all teams. Volunteer Matrix is HERE. All 1st Shift Volunteers will need to be in position no later than 7:55am. Parking: Please park in the WEST end of the parking lot (toward the tennis courts and pool. No spaces will be reserved for Coaches or Parent Delegates. Entrance (waiver required): All families must enter through the front gate of the outdoor pool. Every adult needs to sign a waiver (HERE). The waiver can be printed and brought to the entrance on the day of the meet. Seating: Make use of the pre-existing umbrellas for shade, as well as share tents/easy ups that are brought in. If a larger tent is used, please place them in the grassy area to the West end of the pool behind the slides. All walkways must be kept clear. All seating is first come/first serve. For safety numbers, please be mindful of how many guests you invite. Please DO NOT use sharpie on the swimmers backs for names or any other reason The chair cushions are newer and this prevents them from being marked. Coach Set Up: All coaches will set up along the South side of the pool, starting with Division A near the blocks, then Division B, C, and D respectively. Divisions will need to bring 1-2 tents to share as well as chairs. Tents MUST be no closer than 6 feet to the edge of the pool for safety. Check In: There will be tables for volunteer check-in right outside the door of the outdoor pool. Concessions: The indoor and outdoor Cafe will be open during the meet and will have breakfast options in the morning. Miscellaneous Information: The outdoor rec area of the pool and the hot tub will be CLOSED. Please keep swimmers and children out of these areas. The indoor rec pool and indoor hot tub will be CLOSED to All Stars swimmers. There will be no warm up/cool down lanes during the meet. Please sign up for up to 3 individual events in which you have a qualifying All Star time. You may not sign up for any events in which you do not have an All Star time. If your child is swimming the All Star Meet you will be required to sign up for a volunteer shift. These All Star shifts are above an beyond your regular volunteer commitment. There are no 6 and under events and no relays at this meet.
Mon-Fri Jul 14-18 2025	All Stars Practice The Club at Foxridge Start: 8:00 AM End: 9:00 AM All swimmers eligible for All Stars are welcome to attend practice this week to prepare for the All Star Meet. ONLY RSVP if you are an All STAR QUALIFIER Please add in the comments if you are coming to only certain practices.
Sun Jul 13 2025	Swim Team End of Season Banquet The Club at Foxridge Start: 5:00 PM End: 9:00 PM End of Season Swim Team Banquet 2025! We will enjoy a Potluck dinner followed by an Awards Ceremony in the grass area (the other side of the play area). Please bring chairs or a blanket for your family to sit upon. 5:00pm - 5:45pm - Set up the folding tables/canopy tents 5:45pm - Bring Food 6:00pm - Start Eating 6:30pm - Awards Ceremony Group Photo & individual photos with coaches After that it's slideshow & pool time! Be sure to wear bathing suits underneath your summer best (or bring to change into) for after the Awards ceremony. Please RSVP here and use the signup genius for your potluck dish. End of Season Potluck SignUpGenius Remember - no glass containers allowed at the pool. Please bring serving ware with your dish, label your container with your name, and bring a little sign for your dish.
