It's a HOME MEET!

• Times
  • Gates will open at 6:30am
  • Warm-ups
    • Foxridge warm-ups are from 6:50am - 7:20am
    • Visitor warm ups 7:20am - 7:50am
    • Volunteers for all shifts check-in by 7:30am
    • Timers Meeting @ 7:40pm (volunteers for all shifts attend) - over in the far corner by the deep end
    • Officials Meeting @ 7:40pm near the Timers Meeting
  • Meet Start Time: 8:00am
• Parking/Driving
  • Please observe the no parking signs in the neighborhood.
  • Please follow all neighborhood speed limits.
  • There are 4 Reserved Parking Spots
    • 2 Parent Reps - 1 for Foxridge & 1 for Visiting Team
    • 3 Coaches - 2 for Foxridge & 1 for Visiting Team
• Where to set up your stuff?
  • Foxridge sets up around the pool towards the left side of the pool area (shallow end side).
  • Visiting Section is the grass area down by the play area. Please note if the grass is wet we will make room for the other team around us and block off the parking lot for families to set up there as well.
• Coaches Tents
  • There will be 2 Tents set up for each Team's Coaches by the diving board side of the pool.
• Foxridge concessions
  • Cash or Credit card
  • Pancakes, sausage, and burritos for breakfast
  • Lots of treats, too!
• Timing System
  • Dolphin Timing System
• Stroke & Turn Judges
  • We use the “Zello” app for Stroke and Turn. Please send us the names of your Stroke and Turn judges. Stroke and Turn judges need to bring a charged phone and wired headphones.
• Meet Programs
  • We will send out the Meet Program in later part of Friday. If you want a hard copy - please print one for yourself. There will be a meet program posted on a sandwich board near the Heating area.
  • You can also use the SwimTopia App for your swimmers event/heat/lane information as well.
  • Mark your swimmer with their event #, heat # and lane # for them to know. Heating will also help place them in the correct positions for their event.

We will save two parking spaces for each teams’ coach and parent rep! 

Here is some general information for Saturday: 

● Your warm-up time is: Willow Creek I 7:20-7:35 and Foxridge 7:35-7:50 

● We have a 6 lane, 25 meter pool. 

● Our concessions will sell breakfast items, coffee, and then grilled food and the usual concession goodies. We accept cash and Venmo 

● Key people

● Deck adds will be accepted up until 7:30am. 

WHERE TO SET UP

● Your team may set up outside pool, on the grass areas along the fence. Please DO NOT set up inside the pool area, as all the space is designated for meet related tasks. 

● We will have a volunteer table just inside the pool entrance by the baby pool. Your volunteer coordinator is welcome to join us at the same table. 

● We will hold a Stroke & Turn meeting at 7:30am. 

● We will hold a Timers meeting at 7:40am.

The Willow Creek I Barracudas are excited to host you this weekend!

Our address is 8050 E. Jamison Drive, Centennial, 80112.

• Your warm-up time is 7:30am.
• We have a 6 lane, 25 yard pool.
• We’ll have 4 parking spaces reserved w/ cones for your coaches & parent reps
• Our concessions will sell breakfast items, coffee, and then grilled food and the usual concession goodies. Kona Ice truck will also be here.
• We accept cash and card (Square app) and Venmo.
• One complementary meal, either breakfast or lunch, per coach (honor system).

• We will hold a Timers meeting at 7:40am.

We will email the final meet program to you Thursday evening (expect it to come from [email protected]). Please send to your coaches and parents so that they can print to bring with them. We will provide 3 printed copies to you.

NEW this year, we are using the Time Drops timing system. Your families may wish to download the Time Drops Live app and search for Willow Creek 1 Barracudas to watch real-time results. We’ll have an access code for the app on Saturday morning at the DJ table.
