• Please do not arrive on the pool deck before 6:45 AM
• Warm-ups will begin @ 7:15
  • 7:15AM - 7:30AM - Visitors outside and Life Time inside
  • 7:30AM - 7:45AM - One way starts in the outdoor pool
    • Visitors lanes 1-3, Life Time lanes 4-6. 
• Meet to start @ 8 AM.
• Parking is welcome anywhere in the parking lot.
• All families must enter through the front door of the facility.
• Every adult entering the facility needs to fill out and sign the Lifetime Liability Wavier form (unless you are a Lifetime Fitness member, then a membership card can be scanned through the check-in desk)
• Please note per club policy, no hard-sided or large rolling coolers are allowed. Small snacks from home are welcomed but please limit outside restaurant food.
• Newer this summer are chaise lounges with cushions- please be mindful of sharpie markers on the backs of swimmers.
• The Swimmingly timing system will assign every swimmer a 3 digit code (will appear on a check-in list and the heat sheet) - this should be written on the upper shoulder in sharpie. Swimmers should be concerned with their event # but, not focus on their heat and lane, as it may change in the heating area with combined events.
• We ask everyone to do their best to make use of pre-existing umbrellas for shade, as well as share any tents/easy ups that are brought in. If a tent is used, it should be placed behind the slide area- and not within 6 feet of the edge of the pool. We really do have ample shade around the pool for our 2 smaller teams.
• Coaches will be set up on the peninsula between the competition pool and recreation pool or other side (we will provide a table w/umbrella and 4 chairs).
• There will be a check in table set up for volunteer and swimmer check-in right outside the door for the outdoor pool
• The indoor and outdoor cafes typically open at 10AM depending on staffing we may open early with breakfast options.
• The outdoor & indoor rec area of the pool and hot tubs will remain closed during the meet for swim team participants, please keep swimmers and siblings out of the water
• We will be running a card less meet using the Swimmingly timing system. All volunteers signed up to time will need to download the Swimmingly Timer app (Swimmingly Fan app is separate for tracking swimmer times/results) to their cell phones (available on iOS and Android). S&T Judges will also need to download the app as well (however this role is ONLY available in the Apple store). Please be sure to arrive with fully charged devices (the system works on phones, tablets and iPads) and bring external battery packs if you have them.
• Timers and S&T Judge volunteers need to bring full water bottles and a fully charged phone. We do have limited external battery packs for recharges, but not cords for all types of phones- please bring a charging cord.

• There will be a timer and official meeting near our heating area around 7:30 AM
• We are also running a 1st timer meeting for all things swim meet at the beginning of warm up for all parents who are interested
• 1st shift volunteers need to be in position no later than 7:55 am. 2nd shift volunteers: Based on tempo of the meet, the 2nd shift volunteers will be required to take their position at the end of Event 48. The announcer will make a reminder announcement around event 40 to allow the 2nd shift volunteers to get ready to begin their shift.
